What "open box" means here. I buy from liquidation auctions, so I open every item and check it works before I list it. The box has been opened; the item itself is unused. If anything were missing or damaged I'd say so in the condition notes.
Condition notes. A height extension kit exists for this model but is sold separately by the manufacturer - I don't stock it.
