A proper heavy-duty rack, not the wobbly chrome kind. One-inch steel poles carry 300 lbs across two hanging rods and two shelves, and the middle rod slides up or down so you can fit long coats on one side and shirts on the other. Four rubber casters, two of them lockable, so it rolls loaded and stays put when you want it to.

What "open box" means here. I buy from liquidation auctions, so I open every item and check it works before I list it. The box has been opened; the item itself is unused. If anything were missing or damaged I'd say so in the condition notes.
