Folds flat to about three and a half inches, so it lives behind a car seat and comes out when you need it. The lid doubles as a table top, which is why you see these at markets and tailgates as often as in garages.
What "open box" means here. I buy from liquidation auctions, so I open every item and check it works before I list it. The box has been opened; the item itself is unused. If anything were missing or damaged I'd say so in the condition notes.
