The frame telescopes from 26 to 39 inches and folds into eight configurations, so one cart handles a stack of speaker cases or a single awkward load. What "open box" means here. I buy from liquidation auctions, so I open every item and check it works before I list it. The box has been opened; the item itself is unused. If anything were missing or damaged I'd say so in the condition notes.
